hm, the one with NR off was taken after the one with NR on. after your theory this would mean it should be brighter, but the opposite is the case. i will definitly make some tests regarding this, thanks for the information!

Actually I think there's some light purple fringing on the picture I took, you can see it in the first page of this thread. It's due to the light reflected on the red cap of the jar on the right, and yes that is bright light so it causes it. Weirdly in the averaged picture the purple fringing seems reduced a bit (I saved Adobe Camera RAW settings and applied the same to both pictures so it can be considered a fair test).
