How to turn off autofocus in timelapse?

Hello,
When I choose intervalometer script and choose 1 sec between photos my camera makes 3 seconds between photos because it is making measures. I do not want any auto measures. I want to leave all the settings done through the standard menu and let chdk only click every second for me. I Chose manual shutter, manual iso, manual WB, manual focus and when I start intervalometer script it still measures something. How to turn this [admin: avoid swearing please] off?
Camera: Canon G9.
Thank you!

Which intervalometer did you use?

AFAIK if you set all this [sweared] things off then they are off. And if your intervalometer just virtually pressess the shutter button, then camera will do the same things as when you press the shutter button manually. But if your script forces the camera to measure something - then it'll be measured.

I guess you need as simple intervalometer, as possible.
