Hi,
We are planning a project using CHDK. We are trying to do a stop-motion animation, and would like to use two features at the same time:
- remote control
- edge overlay (with the panorama mode set to Free)
We have noticed that the edge overlay gets frozen only when the Shutter is pressed. And when using the remote this never happens.
Is there a command that we can call from a script to freeze an overlay edge? Can the overlay edge be frozen when taking a picture using the remote control?
This may sound weird since normally you don't look at the camera screen when using the remote. But in the context of stop-motion it can be very useful to always have in the screen the edges of the previous picture taken.
