If custom auto ISO IS on it is working even in ISO 3200 program mode. It is not affecting real ISO, only ISO used for calculations by camera. As an effect images are overexposed.

ISO 3200 is last resort to stop fast action. Usually, when switching to it I don't have time to edit CHDK options.
