RAW for Canon SX110is

RAW for Canon SX110is

   I downloaded and installed the CHDK on my SX110is, and when I turn the camera on it says CHDK RAW, and some other info.   But when I take pictures and load them on to my PC, it says they're all .JPG.   I opened the alt RAW Parameters settings on the camera, and clicked on the Save RAW.   So how do I get the RAW files on my PC?

How did you transfer the pictures to your PC ?  You cannot use a USB cable - the PC software will not "see" the RAW files.   You need to use an SD card reader mounted in your PC to read your SD card directly.

Also, CHDK might not be saving the RAW files in the same directory as the jpg images.  You might have to look into other directories on your SD card.

   Oh, I did use the USB cable.  I'll try my SD card reader then.  Thanks for your help!
