Canon D10 time-lapse & focus

Hi,

I'm using the D10 +CHDK to take underwater time-lapse images of coral reef critters.  I noticed, however, that after the first couple shots, the camera loses it's ability to focus (images are blurred).  Is it possible to use the Autofocus Lock (AFL) with CHDK running?  I tried, but the CHDK seems to override the AFL.
Thanks for any help!

It shouldn't.

CHDK doesn't specifically override AFL, but the script might do something that causes to be unlocked. If the camera goes to sleep mode, that clears AFL as well.

Which script are you using ?

Could you use MF instead ?
Don't forget what the H stands for.
