Preset Menu

As everything else, somebody may argue that it can be done using the existing tools (even with the CHDK and inside the cam). But it's time consuming and deserves attention, mainly in the field. In other way, a Preset Menu would be handy in a great bunch of circumstances.
I know the gurus are overwhelmed, but it have my vote.
