badpixel.bin failed.

I keep having this same issue again, and again and again. PLEASE help me solve this so I can shoot in DNG on my Canon Powershot ELPH 300 HS aka Ixus 220! [I promise to make a detailed youtube video if I can get this to work]
What I have tried so far:
-creating a badpixel.bin file and uploading to CHDK root [with zero's and blank]
-adjusting setting on RAW page, aka Bad Pixel Removal, RAW file prefix, etc.
-ACID says its the ixus220_elph300hs-
101g-1.0.0-1925-full_ALPHA.zip, but also attempted all other 100c-101g from
http://mighty-hoernsche.de/-various ways of putting files onto clean/formatted memory card
If there is anything you can tell me that might help, I would REALLY appreciate it. Seems that the other other features are working, just primary issue with Badpixel.bin preventing from being able to shoot raw in DNG format.
