....
video quality : 99
You have selected a video quality setting that produces data faster than it can be written to the SD memory card on your camera.    You could try buying a better card ( Class 10 ) - otherwise lower the quality setting until this behaviour stops (try values around 70 to start).

It's probably the camera that can't keep up, not the card.
Don't forget what the H stands for.

If it says Class 10 then it should be the currently available top speed product.  You can test your card's speed using the CHDK
Miscellaneous Stuff -> Debug Parameters -> Benchmark
menu option.

Useful to see how your cheap card compares to an expensive one.   There seems to be some question of how certain manufacturers arrive at their ratings ...

And as reyalp posted,  your card only needs to be faster than your camera ..

enable optical zoom : check
Don't enable both of these settings: on your camera both functions map to the up/down buttons, so you'll end up changing the video quality while zooming.

Quality is a relative term.  CHDK will let you increase the quality until your camera / memory card stops.  Its up to you if its good enough  (or if you can even see the difference).

In all the tests I've seen, you can't push the quality very much over the Canon defaults on any camera.
Don't forget what the H stands for.

That proves what reyalp has written above.
It's probably the camera that can't keep up, not the card.
Try to lower the quality or bitrate setting until you find one that the camera can handle. You can use a high contrast / high detail scene to test the stability of recording.
