Crash while recording video

My camera crashed while I was recording a video. I had only been recording for about 15 seconds, and when I turned my camera back on, the video hadn't been saved. Luckily it wasn't anything important. I'm just afraid it'll happen again when I am recording something important. Here is my romlog.

Well,  can we start with camera model and version of CHDK you are running ?  And maybe what CHDK settings you were using ?  And what you were doing at the time ?  (i.e. zoom, focus .. )

Oops, I forgot that. ;)
It's an SX230HS, and I was zooming when it happened. I don't know about settings; which ones would be relevant?
