What I mean is:
when I run a script to set exposre/shutter speed/etc.. (manual mode) those values are set,
but then if I interrupt the script and exit from CHDK, I got back the values
that were set before... is there way (through a script) to definitly set those values
even for when I'll terminate the script and exit chdk?

You cannot "exit" CHDK without rebooting the camera. I guess you mean exit the script and/or alt mode.

You cannot do this using the normal script exposure commands like set_tv96_direct.

If your camera has full manual control in the Canon firmware, and you set the "user" propcases values, then AFAIK those settings will continue to apply after the script exits. See http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/PropertyCase
Assuming this works, it's probably the most straightforward approach. It should be equivalent to setting the values manually in the canon UI (in theory you could do that with scripted screen presses, but it would be quite painful)

Alternative, you could probably do this by configuring CHDK overrides using set_config_value

last question:
do you this workflow is feasible?

1. turn on cam -> autostart script sets all values and then the script exit from alt/mode (exit_alt function) and ends.
2. I perform the shot manually.
3. is there now a way to restart the same starting script? Or I'll have to manually restart scripts on all cams?

I can't think of any. You can set the remote to start a script, but then I guess you'd have trouble taking the shot.

I'm assuming (based on your other posts) you are using the "USB remote". This pretty much mutually exclusive, since when CHDK is in USB remote mode, it hides the presence of USB from the the rest of the camera firmware (otherwise, the camera would try to got to PTP mode every time you pressed the remote). Plus the remove needs direct control of USB +5v, which is not something you get on normal USB controllers.

Servo + power button would do it, I suppose...
