The file browser displays not everything correctly.
-Files >= 1 GB show an empty size field.
-Files with special chars in the file name be displayed incorrectly (wrong special chars)
-Files with special chars in the file name show [? ? ?] in size field
See the screenshot. The first txt file is a copy of the third txt file with a special char in the file name (ΓΌ). The second txt file ist a created dummy file. The size is 1 GB.
These problems were also reported in the
ixus115 thread.
The wrong displaying of special characters is a general problem. Only for the menu we can select a codepage. Here is a unified system needed (menu, textreader, filesystem, CHDK OSD).
