The usb remote works ! I've been able to trigger the a2300 with a relay, using a 5v source from a rc receiver.
The .bas scripts work, but the .lua scripts crash the camera.

The new build runs .lua scripts !! You're awesome nafraf !! (tested with intervalometer.lua and motion.lua)

I've attached .jpg files that illustrate the color palettes in both record mode and playback mode, as you requested in PM.

I'm using build "a2300-100e-1.2.0-prealpha11".

CHDK for a2300 100e (ALPHA) is now in autobuild.

Hello, this is my first post here.  I've got a new A2300, but the current release of CHDK does not appear to work for me.  The firmware version of my camera appears to be 1.00f.  I did obtain a firmware dump and placed it here:

Is there any chance someone (nafraf?) could look at this and create a new port?  I have some programming experience but I'd rather be a betatester.

Hello,

I'm having the same problem. I just got me an A2300 with the intention to run CHDK on it, but found out it came with firmware version 1.00f.

If there is a build for that version I'd like to try that, too.

Stefan, I'll sent you the link to the test version via PM and instruction for testing.

merxator is testing too, he confirmed today that CHDK boots in his a2300 100f.
