Anyways, this pdf is pretty self-explanatory. The cut off text says "Special considerations: contacts at #s 2-4, wire hole at #s 2-4, corner cuts at #s 1-3".
I forgot to mention this; use the solder to make your contacts wider. Just put a drop or two in each of the slots.
