I've tested with the directory structure already created in the SD and now the movie recording works... that must be the problem with booting CHDK, when it tries to create a directory the camera crashes. Thank you all!!!

That's correct, CHDK always tries to create its directories when it starts.

Hi guys!

I've sucessefully convinced the official Canon service to upgrade the firmware of my G12 and now everything works :D
