There will be a server downtime as stated below:

Network maintenance on Monday, April 16th 2012, commencing at 11:59PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME (GMT-5).

The maintenance window is for 1 hour, during which there will be 2 separate outages of 2-3 minutes each.
