Hi - sorry if , etc!

CHDK loaded in firmware update mode, Alt FuncSet gives me a screen:

Script
Load Script from file
Script shoot delay
Autostart
Load def....
Parameters set
Save params
........................default script........................
<-back

None of them seem to DO anything. I don't remember seeing them in instructions ?

Zebras buttons don't work - file missing it says.
do I need to load something else, I want to do focus bracketing??
Can't find instructions on what to do next.

Ah..... UNDER the text it also says:
"failed to load fselect.flt
file not found"

I'm not sure if I'm just being thick or...
I haven't found the right instructions or...
I need to load something else or...
it's not working properly

Perplexed.
Any pointers appreciated!

You did not expand the entire CHDK distribution zip file (recreating directories) onto your SD card.

Also, if you are using a multi-partition card, the stuff in the CHDK directory needs to go on the 'large' partition.

I read somewhere that there's a focus-stacking forum - don't see it, can you point me?

Not sure if there is a special forum for it somewhere,  but the CHDK forum has several threads on the subject.  Here's two :

Unless you are taking videos,  filling a 2GB card tends to take a long time for most people.
