How do I post comments and questions on this forum?
You just did.
In general, try to post questions in the appropriate thread if one exists (i.e. ask questions about the Canon G12 camera in the G12 porting thread). If a good thread does not exist then start a new one in whatever forum section seems to fit best. Include technical information about your camera, firmware version and CHDK release version if possible.
Do not post the same thing more than once - the people who are active on this forum watch all new postings (there are not that many most days) and get grumpy when things are cross-posted.
Other than that, try to be respectful and polite.
How do I know if my questions/comments have been responded to and how do I navigate back to them?
Do I get an email notification w/a link?
If you provided a valid email address when you registered and you go to the Profile tab at the top of the page and select
Account Settings, you can request email notification when somebody responds to your post.
