On the wikia site there are some benchmarks but maybe we can add to that list.

So let's add some benchmarks here. SD, SDHC, the new Eye Fi card etc.
personally I have
a 2 GB Corsair 133x SD that writes at around 9.5 MB/s
and a 2 GB OCZ 150x SD that writes at around 9 MB/s
I will post more precise benchmark informations soon.
for some reason the plastic housing of the Corsair is braking up and I have encountered some corrupt photos and movies some times don't remember on which card. I will investigate this sometime.

what can you say about the cards you're using?

can anybody say how fast a Transcend 8 GB class 6 SDHC card writes?

and which are good/ bad card manufacturers? my lifetime warranty OCZ got replaced after 3 months in warranty as it started to malfunction.
no problems with the Corsair except that the plastic is brittle and I even lost the lock switch so now it won't even write without CHDK...

hi a710is,
i have one in my S5, as it does not have CHDK yet, so i can only tell how the card is going in SD reader.
on the big movies transfer is up to 13MB/s  (don't know if it's card or reader limit) no mater of mode (read/wirte).

I've found the card's specs anyway and yes it said 13 MB/s write and like 22 MB/s read
around here it has an unbeatable price of less than 30 euros and obviously its performance is great I've paid more for each of my fast 2 GB SDs than this 8 GB SDHC costs... gotta get one  :)
