Hi there! Is it possible to set the limit for the maximum exposure while I use a camera in the AV mode?

Not directly. You could write a script which juggles the exposure parameters in pretty much any way you want.
Don't forget what the H stands for.

The OP did not share what camera he has,  but most P&S cam's have pretty limited Av range.

Regardless,  it seems that if you want to clamp the Tv at some point while you adjust the Av then changing the ISO value to compensate would be the only way to get a reasonable exposure at that point ?
