Setting TV on half-shoot

Hello,

I was trying to write a script, which takes immediately two pictures with different (user selected) exposure time (to be able to shoot without tripod, with minimal shift of view). Unfortunately set_tv96_direct doesn't seem to work when shutter is half-pressed using shoot_full_only (take a picture and don't release shutter, set TV, take another picture). I'm using S3 IS. Is there any solution?

Correct, exposure override functions must be called *before* halfshot. That's how they work.

You can wait until get_shooting() becomes true and set the TV propcase directly. Some discussion here: http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=8602.msg90003#msg90003
Don't forget what the H stands for.

You might just want to modify this :
