Sorry for the redundant post, as i'm sure this has been asked at least once, but alas, i'm newish here, and impatient!
anyway, wasn't there a long exposure script that did 65 second long exposure times? or some really long time? i lost my old card that had that on there. so i'm trying to recreate the great script library i once had. also, is there a way to edit that scrip to shoot for any time i want? thanks in advance

Exposure time override setting can be done without scripting (although you can use a script to set exposure time if you really want to).  What you want to do is go into the CHDK menus, look for the override menu and set the Tv overrride time.  (Sorry for the vague description .. the menu item depends on the version of CHDK you have - its currently in flux).

Well,  you can always edit a script - or create a @param value to let you specify things before you run the scipt.  But in this case,  you can set the shutter speed without using a script at all so that should be all you need.
