#define CAM_HAS_HI_ISO_AUTO_MODE

In camera.h we have the entry #define CAM_HAS_HI_ISO_AUTO_MODE. This should be changed in #undef CAM_HAS_HI_ISO_AUTO_MODE.

The 'HI ISO' mode is only available for older cameras. 40 of 103 Cameras use this mode. Future cameras will not use this mode.

The definition is important for an entry in the 'user auto ISO' menu.

Attached is a list, which camera uses the 'Hi ISO' mode. The informations base on the camera manuals and technical descriptions published by canon.de

Thanks, I thought that might be the case.

I added it to replace an #if !defined(CAMERA_sx230hs) - so previously the code was enabled for all cameras except the sx230.
