- What could be the reason of my failure? Is there something which needs to be done differently on "our" DIGICs?
- Is it to be expected that some camera routines unlock and flush the whole (I, D) cache, thereby erasing the faked content? If so, do those routines need a rewrite or can they be simply made "nullsub"s?
- For how long does the faked cache content last?
- another one used by exmem_free, AllocateUncachedMemory and AdditionAgentRAM
Have you tried it on Digic 6 cameras?
AFAIK Magic Lantern disables cache clearing using the same cache_fake function...
I have not found evidence of that, if you have, please show me where it's done.
For VxWorks models it's there and there
Maybe this can be used on Digic 6?
