How the CHDK translations are maintained?

I've searched the forum, but can't find answer for my question:

How are the translations of CHDK maintained?

I've created new czech translation and posted it to the SX260 porting thread as this is my camera. But how about a dedicated translation thread, may be with supported languages as sub-topics?

In other words:
- Where to find actual source files for translation (that means approved and most complete)?
- Where to upload new translation file(s)?

It is not very formal.  When somebody takes the time to prepare a language file, they post that file and one of the CHDK developers adds it to the distribution.
