hm, being from the "old europe" (rumsfeld quote?) i couldnt hear any german in grAnds english, but you are right, to people speaking neither german nor russian it might sound a little bit like a mix of them all.

edit: i wonder when the people from iceland and the like will debate with us :)

Yes, the map is still updating. (See where are they from)
But the ID is different (I've updated the both "Autogenerated map of visitors" and your post). The reason to change was the previous one seems used on a Russian site somewhere (too many visitors from Russian Federation detected). On the new one we are only 8th, that's more likely the truth.

(But I found your German accent in the radio interview really nice to listen to.)
Ahhh! I remember that, I liked specially his "ZZZZebra mode"; I wish I could make that sound, very bumblebee-esque.

There is one dot in Iceland. May be you mean Greenland.

Also waiting for something like that:
Quote
we are waiting for a time-lapse of a Hekla eruption

Hekla seems to be a geyser(German: Geisir)? I have a photo of one of the biggest geysers in iceland,
but it's no timelapse nor a taken with more than 800x600 so not too much.

Does someone mind taking a video of Gulfos? (Second find on g*****: Gulfos, Iceland « Photography)

And for that "kind of" in spoken language, I knew that it's very inform.
I expected somesthing like: "Wow, how old fashined are you?" -> Answer: "Our school book is from 1988."
