I was able to hack ufraw to execute the FixBadPixelsConstant opcode.  It was easier than I thought, since there was already a method called remove_zeroes() which was easy to modify to accept any given constant value to interpolate over.  I added a generic method for handling opcodes, but the one for fixing bad pixels is the only one I implemented (and the only one in my DNG files).  I'll pass the patch up to the ufraw and dcraw people, and hopefully they'll fix it up and add it to the official repositories.

Test (llibtst.lua, setmode.lua, ubtest.bas) was beatifully successfully with a4000-101a-1.2.0-prealpha02.

Only for info : For booting to A4000 IS you need sd card to 4 gb with FAT16 !!

Some other features:
-Palette in Play and Rec modes: OK;
-USB remote synch: NO ! (it is going to delete, to paste, to cut on sc-card with "lock" with CDK trought only gphoto2, by turn off of enable remote), but directory "100CANON wit dgn" it is possible to view only by put sd-card to sd.reader on PC;
- Video quality override: is poor general with or without CHDK (a lot of noise)
- Zoom by Video Record: optical 8 x zoom, with digital to 32x zoom;
_temperature : 27 to 35 C;
Long exposure and  chdkptp connection + liveview-  I am going to testing in future (i have not time for thesis)

Issues or Question:

1. I know not to turn off of test scripts (always is still "on")  ..I must restart CHDK to default  setting ?
2. I have setting of DGN to 1.3 version, I maked Bad pixel maps, but i see bad pixel (back, yeallod, blue) in DGN trought Raw Therapee. I had in bad pixel maps maybe 14 611 bad pixel, it is normal, ..maybe my camera is [admin: avoid swearing please] from factory - my opinion old Nikin Cooplix P4 had more beautiful pictures - Nikon had no noise in pictures;
3. By Photo taking, Canon make paralely still jpeg and also DGN. It is possible to turn off of jpeg ? I must by photo taking to wait maybe 15 seconds, .. it is really impractical - it is also by situation without CHDK.
4. I tried also slovak and czech language, but same fonts is not corectly print (specific sign like: ô and alike)

It's not normal, A4000 should support FAT32 too and it was tested in 101b fw.

OK, thanks, I think that those results are enough to add this port as ALPHA to autobuild server.

If you are in ALT mode script starts when you press shoot button.  Press [>] to exit ALT mode and return to normal operation.

100 000? It seems to be wrong...

Maybe long time is related to (2), my a810 takes 7 seconds saving DNG.

Try with a different OSD Codepage, I can't recognize if the czech language is shown correctly, but changing OSD Codepage you get different results

OK,  correction:

By second test, was bad pixel "only" 14 611

OSD czech and slovak language is OK by codepage "win1250"

Maybe long time is also 7 second (but it is so so long :)

Yes, but is print last command ("on down panel" of alt mode)

USB remote synch "is" in remote parameters ? Because i must disable remote (after this is disabling of synch) .......only by disable remote (in menu/remote parameters) can soft connect device to pc

Yes, "Enable Sync" is in remote parameters menu.  Instructions for the test was posted by waterwingz here: http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=7889.msg98226#msg98226

When camera is in remote mode "Enable Remote [ * ] ", it does not connect to your PC. In this mode, USB port works only as trigger, not as communication port.

OK, This is excelent ! ...after enable sync and plug in to pc, i had black screen (maybe 7 second) and after it taked picture. By plug-out from pc was not crash. It was really stability without crash.

Those 7 (10 in source code) seconds should be the trigger timeout, it is normal. 
If you unplug USB before reaching timeout limit, camera should take a picture when USB is disconnected, could you confirm that?
