As a new CHDK user I've decided to prepare a new CZECH translation based on current ENGLISH.LNG, original CZECH.LNG and similar SLOVAK.LNG.

Please, czech users of CHDK, check the new translation and report errors. When the translation will be good enough, will ask deveopers to replace previous version of CZECH.LNG in CHDK trunk.

The main changes are:
- more precise usage of czech terminology
- translation almost complete, as far as I know
- better formatting and abbreviations to fit CHDK menu positions
