Taking pictures in RAW is an built-in ability for CHDK.   You do not need to use a script.

When you are in <ALT> mode,  use the press the Menu key to go to the CHDK menus and select the RAW menu.  The first menu item is used to tell CHDK to take RAW images.  You will probably want to enable DNG mode in the menu as well - its easier to handle DNG image on your PC than RAW images.

Once you have enable RAW image,  CHDK will save a RAW file to your memory card each time you take a picture (the JPEG image will also be saved by the Canon firmware so you get two files).

Malheureusement, si je tente de décrire la technologie en français, il sera probablement plus difficile à comprendre que si je vous répondre en anglais.

I think I understand now.

When you are in <ALT> mode, pressing the shutter button does not take a picture - it starts the currently loaded script.   If you want to take a picture,  simply exit <ALT> mode and then press the shutter button.   If you have RAW enabled,  CHDK will save a RAW image for you even though you are not in <ALT> mode.

The same things works when you use exposure overrides.   You have to set them up with the CHDK menus in <ALT> mode,  but they are active when you are not in <ALT> mode and doing normal shooting.
