This occurred on 1.2 using 'purge raw' on dcim folder. Camera was connected to ptp (possibly relevant given the FsIoNotify.c and raw/ptp crash I posted about today).

Instability in raw purge was reported a long time ago, I don't know if this is related and haven't worked out if it is reproducible yet.
