Looking for a similar Cam like PowerShot SX120IS with CHDK

I am having a PowerShot SX120IS and work with CHDK as long as it has been released.
Due to heavy usage my cam now fails to operate properly - it's not the fault of CHDK, it's my fault!

Well, actually I need to buy a new cam. Maybe a better one. What similar cams are recommended (that work with CHDK as well)?
