I am primarily interested in chdk for my sx40 so i can take raw photos for my use in hdr photography.   How would i set up the bracketing feature at -1,-2,0,+1,+2(ev"s)  to take 5 exposures..   The settings will be at aperture priority,f8,iso 100 or 200 for night shooting)   Also how would i set up the scripting to do the above?  I already have chdk installed on an a 2gb sd card. Thanks for your help!!

I don't if you also know that the SX40HS does bracketing without  chdk, jpg only.
There is an hdr script (hdr.lua) that comes with chdk and you can use raw/dng. I hope this helps.

There are many bracketing and HDR scripts here - some better than others of course.
