why is it that CHDK does not boot on SDHC? is it impossible?
can SDHC cards be made bootable by formatting them to FAT16?

My A710 is successfully booted from SDHC 4Gb (formatted as FAT16).

Sandisk, 4GB, SDHC (blue), FAT16 XP formated: no problem.
