I opened a thread and was redirected to a full page ad site

consumer****247.com/fd/dietluma/indexdr.html ....

If a complaint can be made to the add provider, that would be appreciated!

Thanks for this info. Apparently there is some sort of adsense redirection exploit going on these last few days, Google should be on this matter.

I'll add this event to a report.

Also, if anyone else experiences this issue please report it on this thread - if you happen to describe the ad itself even better, including its URL (right click copy/paste).

Regarding that url in particular, Google is apparently stating this:

And more recently:

These have been really bad, took me a bunch of tries just to be able to get to this thread without getting redirected

Urls are like
lemode dash mgz dot com/sc/gm722-2310/special-report.html
lemode dash mgz dot com/fd/9701/special-report.html
lemode dash mgz dot com/fd/5678/special-report.html

(with dash - and dot .)

Not clear what to enter on the google troubleshooter since I only see the landing page.

I really don't like the idea of the CHDK forum sending people to crapware / malware :(
