Any news on this camera?

Is anybody even developing CHDk for it?

I really needed to have one time lapsing...

I cannot develop it  but can I help anyone?

There is not any CHDK version that support a DIGIC 6 processor like SX 280 has.

Only the end if nobody decides to tackle the project of porting for Digic6.   It's a big project but not as big as the original CHDK porting effort.

As I tried to point out here, you need to read and understand what is meant in the CHDK FAQ - particularly this part :  "If there is no mention of development activity on the wiki or forum, there is no reason to ask about that camera's status: It is not supported, and there is no way for anyone to know if or when it might be supported. Your guess is as good as ours."

Update : despite having posted the above,  I really do understand why you want to ask.
