Inserting flash into a post... Does this feature work?

There is the appropriate button on the toolbar. It inserts [flash=200,200] [/flash] tag. I tried inserting a link to swf file between open and close tags (as for [img] tag, but always got a link instead the flash embedded. Or I misunderstand the purpose of this button?

Hi,

I remembered now, I kept the swf embedding disabled on purpose... Though remote, there are security risks when using swf files...

Do you know any site where we could upload the swf and that we could embed a player (like youtube)?

I have an auto embed module that automatically recognizes the most common video sites and embeds them here.

Do you think that is enough?

There are risks for end user, not for server, I think. As swf runs in the browser and even can be located outside your domain.
