Hi there! I've a doubt trying to install a new version of CHDK.
I have a SX40 HS with firmware 1.00f. Shall I always install the 1.00f version of CHDK or can I flash a new firmware , say the 1.00i and then install the 1.00i version of CHDK?
Thank you, Elio

Yes, you can only use CHDK for the firmware version 1.00f. There is no official firmware update for the SX40, what you can flash. The different firmware versions have an organizational background.
