Getting rid of vertical lines (bad pixels)

A vertical line has appeared recently on a SX130 and the 1 year warranty has expired already. CHDK gets rid of it nicely when taking photos, but the line is still present in the video. What kind of video editing or post-processing program can I use to get rid of it? The line is always in the same spot and it's blue/white depending on exposure.
