Perhaps you should try to redo the entire process of setting up your card because your camera is at least safe and it's attempting to load files from your CF. So I guess you should just format your CF card and try the process for the card again

If I only put the card formatted it gives error card, put it bootable with the hacks, lock and camera will not boot, I think I really lost my camera

I doubt you've lost your camera, its almost certainly all reversible, just a question of working through it.
You just got it into a bit of an odd state. I'm pretty sure the camera is basically just confused because the software is messed up somewhere along the line, it gives cryptic errors because it wasn't designed to be messed around with in this way.
If the CF card is screwed up, try reformatting it and don't put anything onto it, or make it bootable, just make it a plain empty CF card.
Or maybe try buying a new, cheap CF card from somewhere and try working with that, and try to re-install the Canon 1.0.3 firmware, making sure the battery is full first.

Fast way to set Custom WB
1. take a photo of white object
2. Open the WB selection menu by press <WB> button
3. Press DP(Direct print) button,
it will use the last photo as reference and change the WB mode to Custom WB

I'm very new here. So, I'm not even in a position to know how stupid a question this is... 😳 So apologies in advance.
As I understand, once the boot flag has been toggled on, the camera always tries to boot from the CF card. If it does not find the software or finds that CF card is not bootable, it gives out an error. I hope I'm correct thus far.
In the above case, is it possible to make the camera boot using the original firmware instead of displaying the error? 😀

Gen: You are correct: once the boot flag has been toggled on, the camera always tries to boot from the CF card. If you toggle this flag off - as I assume - body will no longer boot from CF card.
I discovered one simple thing: if I put formatted and bootable CF to my 350D, body hangs up. Hard reset is needed - battery must be removed. But when I put regular CF card without boot sector - everything works fine, exactly like in non-modified 350D. It seems to be one thing to remember - do not remove software form bootable CF without removing "bootable" mark.

But, because it sounds too good to be true, please let me crosscheck what I've understood. So, according to you, I could keep the boot flag permanently set to boot from the CF card and still load the original canon firmware, version: 1.0.3, by using a non-bootable CF card, right?
This would then be a great fallback option if the original bootable CF card, the one with the software, was lost/damaged, say during a trip. I could then continue to use the camera with a brand new card that was formatted on my camera...

@gilbertocb: I'm sorry to hear about your camera. But, before you give up on your camera, did you try...
1) Resetting the bootable flag using the hack provided by maiohwmai? As I understand, this let the original canon firmware to load on bootup. But, that would only work if the firmware is not corrupted already.
2) If the firmware is really damaged, you could try initiating a firmware upgrade. You can read more about it here:

Saw the 550D was announced yesterday with some sort of configurable AutoISO. Some questions to you clever guys:
Is it possible to make the "autoexec.bin" perform any actions when the shutter button is pressed/pressed halfways?
Is it possible to read the Focal length after focusing and print it as part of the Info together with the other options?

4. build.bat
5. Copy the AUTOEXEC.BIN to your CF Card

It works fine but I still wonder if the Shutter Button can be used and if you know the address for the Focal Length.

First of all, thank you very much for the hack. It worked perfectly on my almost 4 year old 350D.
I was looking over the functions, and some I understood at first sight, some took a while, a some I just couldn't put my finger on them.
Since I imagine I'm not the only one I'll just lay out what I know, and if you can, please fill me in on the ones I don't know:
"1:ISO" = Change the ISO value from 100 to 3200
"2:WB" = Change the White Balance (all the original plus ColorTemp)
"3:CTemp" = If chosen ColorTemp on the n.º 2 function, choose here the color temperature in º Kelvin
"4:Metering" = Change the meetering type (all the original plus Spot)
"5:AEB" = Activate and choose value for Auto Exposure Bracketing, until +-6.7EV
"6:CF-BSeq/AutoC" = Choose bracketing sequence (standard, under and super exposed or under, standard and super exposed) and set/unset AEB auto cancel
"7:CF-SI Disp." = Turn on or off the display of the red focus dots during focusing.
"8:CF-Menu Posi." = Choose what item in the menu will be hilighted when you go to the menu (Top = always the first option; Previous = Last item highlighted before leaving the menu the last time; Prev/Top (PwrDwn) = Go to previous hilighted item while the camera is on, go to the top item after turning the camera off and on)
"9:CF-Safe.Shift" = In Tv and Av modes, the safety shift setting allows the pre-selected aperture or shutter speed to be changed by the camera if a sudden change in subject brightness renders the exposure unsuitable.
"?10:CF-L.AFButt" = Changes the function of the AF stop buttons (only available on IS super-telephoto lenses).
"?11:CF-Decis.Da." = Add Original Decision Data, some info used to check if the photo is as shot, or if it has been altered (as far as I know, additional software is required to verify the data)
"12:CF-Flash" = Turn on or off the speedlite/flash (even if the internal flash is open, it won't fire if this setting is off)
"13:Shutt.Count" = Display the shutter release count
Again, please let me know about the 8th, 9th and 10th function, as I have no idea of what they are for...

how to use

1. extract the 350d_iso3200_spot_7cf.zip
2. copy file "AUTOEXEC.BIN" and the folder "config" to your CF card
3. edit the config file x:\config\cfn.txt ( x:\ is your CF card ), see the descriptions inside the file
4. Power On you camera , Press "MENU" then "Zoom-in" to set all these custom functions
5. Press "MENU" then " Zoom-in" again to unset all these custom functions
