Hello and sorry for my english, its not my natural language.

I am a new owner of a EOS M3. But the cam is imported from Asia, only with Japanese and English language for choose. English is ok, but better is the German language on it. I read since hours in different forums, but did not find an answer, if it is possble to change the "region flag" in the cam, to get European langauges.

I found a short excusion here in the forum, but dont understand it completly:

So, is it possible to change the language, maybe with CHDK? And will it be permanently fixed in the cam, even without CHDK?
