Thank you for any help getting this to work.

Hello mnr, welcome to the CHDK forum !

I have 1.00e -09.7-719 full zip chdk installed and I can not get long exposures it only goes to the stock 15 sec. I amit that I am still a beginner but how do I get the shutter to stay open longer ?
Thank you for any help getting this to work.

You have to set up the CHDK overrides in the Extra Photo Operations menu:

-> Enter <Alt> mode with the PRINT key, press MENU, goto the Extra Photo Operations menu, press FUNC/SET to enter this menu

-> set Override shutter speed to the value (in seconds) you want to use, e.g. to 64
-> set Value factor to 1
-> exit <Alt> mode with the PRINT key again

If the override is active, you'll see TV:64 in the upper left corner of the OSD...
