now the changes.txt (for the complete zip on autobuild) needs to be modified manually each time (or every few revisions) whenever a dev comitts a change to the svn (somehow i even am the only dev to do that :D).
using an automatic way will be a much better solution, see 0000139: grep svn revision log automatically into version.txt - CHDK Bugtracker
i will try out a few things and hopefully it will be automated soon.
