There are soooooooo many other technical forums to ask this question and when there are a lot of skilled guys who could give you the answer quicker. This board is dedicated for CHDK and cameras discussions only. Sorry.

Maybe it should be 'General Chat about CHDK'    ?

I'd even go with 'General Chat about photography' but it's definitely not 'General Chat about precious bodily fluids and stuff'.

This is a CHDK forum. Even though themes out of this one can be discussed here, that should be avoided.

Technical assistance aka. "help me" topics on other subjects other than CHDK topics are out of bounds.
