Good day. I use CHDK 1.6, camera is A630, here is a low resolution problem in the RAW file. Settings of RAW Shooting in default. Who met such a problem and how to deal with it? JPEG is not a problem

Difficult to say without more information.

What program are you using to view the images?

It might help if you upload the RAW image to a file sharing site and post the link here.

CHDK ports:
  sx30is (1.00c, 1.00h, 1.00l, 1.00n & 1.00p)
  g12 (1.00c, 1.00e, 1.00f & 1.00g)
  sx130is (1.01d & 1.01f)
  ixus310hs (1.00a & 1.01a)
  sx40hs (1.00d, 1.00g & 1.00i)
  g1x (1.00e, 1.00f & 1.00g)
  g5x (1.00c, 1.01a, 1.01b)
  g7x2 (1.01a, 1.01b, 1.10b)

As phil says, it's hard to tell without more info, but your screenshot looks like the very low resolution thumbnail CHDK creates for DNG, not the actual image. Some image viewers show the thumbnail rather than decoding the raw image, or have an option to control which is shown. For example, in irfanview, this option is under "plugins" called "Try to load embedded preview, if possible"
Don't forget what the H stands for.
