Updating language files for 1.5

It would be nice to get language files up to date for the 1.5 release.

For people not already working in the source code, I suggest the process below, but I haven't done much with the language files, so if you have a better process, please post. There is some old information at http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/Languages

Notes
  • There are length limits on some of the strings, described in the English file. These are important, because the CHDK UI has limited space.
  • The language file must be saved as ASCII text, not unicode and must be created using the code page appropriate for the language. However, if you are only able to use unicode, someone here can probably get it in the right format.

For 1.5, mostly new strings have been added at the end starting with ID #638, but there's a few other changes (also reflected in the attache diff):
#101 was re-used
101 "Rotate OSD"

#159 through 162 removed
#274 added
274 "Show Hidden Files"

However, beware that many language files were not fully updated for 1.4 either.

A list to keep track. strikethrough = Up to date for 1.5.

Although I always use the english interface, i did some work on the Dutch version.
I have found 2 doubles 513 = 515 / 514 = 516 that could be reused in 1.6 :)

frustration is a key ingredient in progress
