i had seen saw a camera shop, i saw eos m http://www.canon.co.id/personal/products/interchangeable-lens-camera/eos-m/eosm-kit?languageCode=EN#specificationAnchor also there is not have actual button for the Av setting ; how is it? i am a little bit disappointed, because there is not settings Av in ixus132. and whether there will be a CHDK for canon sx170is? or Canon SX510HS?

That's a limitation of CHDK - it can't turn off the focus tracking box.

Turn off the focus tracking box in the Canon menus. Or try to do most of your menu settings while in Playback mode.

I'm working on SX510HS port. Porting thread is here: http://chdk.setepontos.com/index.php?topic=10984.msg107510#msg107510
SX510 has 30x optical zoom, I don't know if you require that for your application.

I ran the test-script. Camera switches off. But it generates a file.

Can you please go into the script parameter setup (down at the bottom of the Script Menu), disable the set focus only test, and then rerun the script?

progress has been made

things that work:
- the test scripts
- raw, correctly colored
- long exposures, short exposures
- bracketing
- chdkptp connection, liveview, capture

things that are buggy:
- overlay (zebra or edge overlay): works only in the upper half of the screen
- remote shoot with chdkptp: cam crashes on change to play mode

missing:- video parameters
